Overview

Temoc Bot is a Discord bot for all things The University of Texas at Dallas designed around the university's mascot, Temoc. It is written in Node.js using the Discord.js library. It uses MongoDB for data storage, Playwright for web scraping, SMTP for sending UT Dallas account linking emails, and various APIs for interacting with different services. Commands for things like checking parking availability, seeing options at Dining Hall West, limiting server access to only students, and checking professor reviews and grades aim to make life easier for UT Dallas students. The bot is in nearly 100 servers.
